Compliance Vendors must comply with applicable laws, data protection regulations, and WhatsApp Cloud API policies. 4. Payment Terms Vendor payments will be processed as per mutually agreed timelines upon successful service delivery. 5. Termination We reserve the right to terminate vendor agreements in case of breach, misconduct, or non-compliance.
